Can I request a sample?
Yes. We understand the importance of evaluating stitching quality, sublimation, and fabric feel before placing an order. Sample production typically takes one week, followed by an additional 3–4 days for delivery to the customer.
Which destinations do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. All quoted prices include DHL Express or FedEx IP shipping charges.
What is the turnaround time for custom team or club orders?
Our standard turnaround time is approximately two weeks, excluding shipping, for orders ranging from 100 to 1,000 pieces with player names and numbers. Certain items, such as custom football, baseball, and ice hockey uniforms, may require up to three weeks.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Western Union, MoneyGram, Xoom, and several other international payment services.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom team apparel?
The minimum order quantity is 30 pieces per item.
Do you provide free custom samples?
Yes. We offer free custom samples based on your own design concepts prior to placing a bulk order. Please note that specific terms and conditions apply to the free sampling process.

Do I need to have designs ready before placing a team or custom order?
No, it is not required. Our in-house art team is always available to create custom designs for team or club orders at no additional cost.
What is sublimation?
Sublimation is a specialized printing process in which designs are permanently transferred onto fabric using controlled heat. We specialize in custom sublimation, allowing clients to create virtually any design they envision.
Can you match the exact colors of my existing design or garment?
Yes. Our art department maintains an extensive color swatch library to ensure precise color matching. We also provide full color books to valued customers and mini Pantone guides to clubs and teams for accurate color selection.
Do you only print in CMYK, or do you also support RGB?
We primarily print using CMYK. RGB colors are also accepted; however, this may result in a slight increase in per-unit pricing.
Is there an additional cost for adding player names and numbers to jerseys?
No. With sublimation printing, we do not charge extra for player names, numbers, or sponsor logos.
What file formats are accepted for logos and graphics?
We accept artwork in PDF, EPS, AI, and CDR formats.
